What is What’s Up?

What’s Up is a free mobile app aimed to help you cope with depression, anxiety, anger, stress and more. It uses both cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (CBT). It aims to help by providing mental support to keep you grounded and to teach you to have more positive ways of thinking.

How can What’s Up help?

This app helps you keep track of your thoughts and feelings by offering several different features. For example their “Get Grounded” game which contains more than 100 questions to keep you grounded when life becomes chaotic. They also teach how to counteract 10 of the most common negative thinking patterns, a personal diary, uplifting quotes, a habit tracker, and a catastrophe scale to help put your problems into perspective.

Where can I find What’s Up?

What’s Up can conveniently be used on both Apple and Android, and can even sync your data between devices so that you never lose it. To download on your mobile device follow the links below:
